Day 1: Breathwork & Deep Core Activation

Learn the foundation of deep core work through diaphragmatic breathing and gentle activation exercises. In this first session, we focus on one of the most important foundations of core strength — breathing. You will learn diaphragmatic breathing and how it connects to the deep abdominal muscles that support your spine and pelvis. Through gentle and mindful exercises, you’ll begin to activate the deep core and develop awareness of how these muscles work. This session sets the base for all the practices that follow during the week.
